Mike co-founded Maddock Douglas in 1991 and has been actively evolving the business since then. Launching businesses, authoring books and countless articles, and delivering keynotes across the country, Mike inspires the team at Maddock Douglas with his relentless pursuit of what’s next. He has a passion for empowering leaders, helping them find their own entrepreneurial spirit and empowering curiosity. 

Outside of Maddock Douglas, Mike serves as a co-chairman at the Entrepreneurial Conclave and Regional Youth and as Family chair of Young Presidents’ Organization.
