Mike recently shared the stage with three of the stars who have helped make the TV show Shark Tank such a success—Daymond John, Kevin O’Leary and Barbara Corcoran. Mike gave the opening keynote, which was about driving innovation—what ginormous and teeny enterprises alike do to defy the odds and successfully launch new products, services and business models.

Prior to Maddock Douglas, Maria was vice president and chief marketing officer at Guardian in New York City since 2007, and vice president of marketing at Prudential in Newark, New Jersey from 1999 – 2007.
