David Emerald Womeldorff is co-founder of the Bainbridge Leadership Center and the author of The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic), a teaching story about self-leadership — which also has everything to do with organizational leadership!
As former consulting director of Bank One Corporation’s Learning and Leadership Development, a corporate team of education and organization development professionals, he knows what it takes to lead in complex, changing organizations.
David’s next book is 3 Vital Questions: Applying TED* to Work and Life. His principles and frameworks are based on his 30 years of internal and external study, observation and application of his lessons on collaboration with a wide range of individuals and organizations.
David serves as an executive coach and is on the faculty of the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business flagship Executive Integral Leadership Program. His TED*™ framework is included in the curriculum of the University of Notre Dame’s “Management and Leadership Certificate” e-learning program.
He is also a senior consultant with The Leadership Circle™ and the Full Circle Group. In addition, David has been a coach in Mesa Research Group’s Global Leadership Program, a consortium of multinational corporations with participants from every major continent.
