Dr. Anne Marie Thomas is the chief executive officer of bella crescita management consulting, advising some of the world’s best consumer brands in strategy, marketing and overall growth plans. Anne Marie is a consumer and data-driven marketer with a quarter century of experience in building profitable growth brands in consumer, technology and health care. Her combined analytical, strategic and creative expertise has been instrumental in driving solutions to business problems at major brands, starting out in health care and then going deep into professional services, retail and consumer packaged goods. Recent clients include Things Remembered, A Madison Dearborn Partner retail turnaround, Bob Evans Farms, Clearwater Seafood, Healthsource Chiropractic, Delta Private Jets and PEN Inc.—all focusing on growth strategies and building strong operations for the future.
Prior to becoming CEO of bella crescita, Anne Marie served as the global chief marketing officer for NetJets (A Berkshire Hathaway Company) and drove international expansion, M&A, product development and digital, mobile and social growth solutions for the $4 billion private aviation company and subsidiary of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway. Prior to NetJets, she served as an adviser for Interact Media and chief strategy officer at Resource/Ammirati, where she helped lead the transaction to Westview Capital and directed the practice teams: customer experience mapping, the innovation lab, owned, earned and paid media, e-commerce and mobile. Before joining Resource, she was a partner over interactive marketing and creative for Brulant/Rosetta, executive director of business intelligence and brand marketing for American Greetings, vice president of marketing for Tween Brands, and director of brand and business planning for LBrands. Anne Marie earned a Ph.D. in Statistics and Measurement with Cognates in Business and Organizational Design and Development from The Ohio State University.
